Our returns policy lasts 14 days after you have received the goods. If the 14 day return period has been surpassed we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Furthermore, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Clearly mark the outside packaging with 'RETURNED GOODS'

Insert a note as to what you would like for exchange, a re-size or a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund or store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items CAN be exchanged.


As pre-ordered items have been tailored to your specifications and made for you in advance, it is your responsibility to provide us with your exact and correct measurements. Any pre-ordered garments therefore, cannot be returned or refunded as they cannot be resold.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to discuss this.
