In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

Clearly mark the outside packaging with 'RETURNED GOODS'
Please indicate whether you would like an exchange, different size or a refund.
Once we have received and processed your returns request, we will notify you of the outcome. If you requested a refund, and it has been approved, your original payment method will be automatically credited the total amount. This process can take several days.
SALE ITEMS & OUTLET
Sale and outlet items cannot be refunded.
Sale items may be exchanged or swapped for SJC credit.
Due to the bespoke nature of pre-ordered garments, we are unable to offer a refund or returns service for these items.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require a replacement, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this.
