Clearly mark the outside packaging with 'RETURNED GOODS'
Please indicate whether you would like an exchange, different size or a refund.
Once we have received and processed your returns request, we will notify you of the outcome. If you requested a refund, and it has been approved, your original payment method will be automatically credited the total amount. This process can take several days.
Footwear comes with a free UK returns, full refund policy if returned within seven days of receipt of goods. Orders from outside the UK are subject to the standard returns policy above.
The item/s must be undamaged, in original condition, and must not have been worn outside. You can, of course, try the shoes and walk around in a dry, clean environment with them. We will inspect the items upon return and issue a refund if these terms and conditions have been met.
If returning, simply re-pack the items in their original box and cover with a new bag. Post the items back to us (instructions above) and send us your postage receipt, which we will then refund you.
Sale and outlet items cannot be refunded.
Sale items may be exchanged or swapped for SJC credit.
Due to the bespoke nature of pre-ordered garments, we are unable to offer a refund or returns service for these items.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require a replacement, please get in touch at email@example.com to discuss this.
